Smartomation.ai is inviting highly motivated fresh graduates and immediately available candidates who are serious about building a career in Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, and Business Workflow Automation.

This is an intensive, office-based learning-to-employment pathway. Selected candidates will receive access to a company-funded AI learning environment—including premium courses, AI platforms, API credits, technical guidance, and practical projects.

You will not simply watch courses or collect certificates. You will be expected to learn rapidly, practice consistently, build working proof-of-concept solutions, and apply your knowledge to Smartomation.ai projects.

Candidates who demonstrate technical proficiency, commitment, reliability, and the ability to deliver successful projects will be considered for continued employment and compensation based on their demonstrated capabilities.

- Develop agents that can plan, reason, use tools, and execute workflows.
- Create email and business-process automations.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Test, document, present, and continuously improve your projects.
- Progress from guided learning to independent project delivery.
- Contribute meaningfully to Smartomation.ai projects using the skills and resources provided.

This prospect requires substantial learning and contribution from the candidate. Smartomation.ai will invest in your courses, premium AI subscriptions, API credits, mentoring, and practical exposure; in return, we expect serious commitment, disciplined learning, and meaningful project contribution.

Program Structure and Career Progression

The first two to three months will be an intensive, company-sponsored, unpaid learning and proof-of-concept internship period.

During this phase, candidates will be evaluated on:

- Learning speed
- Attendance and punctuality
- Technical progress
- Quality of completed assignments
- Ability to build working AI solutions
- Problem-solving and independent learning
- Documentation and communication
- Commitment to company projects

After candidates demonstrate the required proficiency, they will progress to building practical Agentic AI and automation projects for Smartomation.ai.

Compensation and continued employment will then be considered based on educational background, existing technical ability, commitment, demonstrated progress, project performance, and organizational requirements.

Candidates who accept company-sponsored learning resources should be prepared to contribute to assigned Smartomation.ai projects for at least two months after completing the initial learning phase, under mutually agreed engagement terms.

Completion of the training period does not automatically guarantee employment. Selection for continued employment will depend on demonstrated proficiency, performance, professional conduct, and the availability of suitable projects.
