About CAMPU

CAMPU refers to CAM processing unit and is part of commercial banking coverage group of the bank. This is a centralized team handling CAM Preparation activity for CBG and is working under GIGA for last 15 months.

Presently team has following sections:

1. CAMPU MEG- Taking care of ETB cases for renewals. Team is also taking care of enhancements on specific request. Now we are proposing undertaking NTB cases upto RCC level of committee for May 2023 onwards.

2. CAMPU SEG- Handling ticket size of upto Rs. 10 crs:

a. In Principal Team- Taking care of IP issuance/rejection for all NTB logins

b. ETB Team- Taking care of renewals of upto Rs. 10 crs.

c. NTB Set 2 team- Taking care of note preparation of NTB clients after the IP stage

Note: As an exception, team is also handling cases of enhancements as well as NTBs/ETBs with ticket size more than 10 crs.

3. Team is also taking care of projects assigned from time to time by CO. Such as Stale rating, Centralized STP processing etc.

4. Governance and MIS for CBG.

AbouttheRole

SCA will be responsible to handle the team and the stakeholders from coverage and team for the assigned area.

SCA shall act as second line of leadership and shall support the team whenever CBG: Unit Head MEGCAMPU is not available.




He/she shall be responsible to manage a team of 5 analysts and mentor them to the best of his abilities, so their learning curves improves in short span of time. This role shall also improve the span of management for the TL and release a lot of operational bandwidth which would be used for addressing the qualitative and advanced aspects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Handling of 5 members

2. Stakeholder management for assigned area of work.

3. CAM checking for assigned analysts.

4. Preparation of CAM as per predetermined number assigned for SCAs.

5. Act as back up in absence of CBG: Unit Head MEGCAMPU.

6. Other MIS, data requirements on need basis.

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Education- MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant or Semi Qualified CA (formal degrees, certifications)

Experience- 3 years of experience in banking/Finance which takes care of the required skill set. (No. of years, relevant fields)

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge In regard to the preparation of CAM/job responsibility of the relevant assembly line. Candidates need to know all the aspects of the job with advanced level of understanding.

Skills Understanding of the financial ratios, financial statements, due diligence for CAM preparation.

Abilities Aptitude for team/stakeholder management, positive communication and writing skills.
