We’re building a procurement function that’s strategic, agile, and deeply embedded in our delivery lifecycle.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement for hardware, software, and cloud services across system integration projects—ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs with global vendors (Cisco, Dell, AWS, Microsoft, etc.), aligning terms with project timelines and client requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects to forecast material and service needs, reducing procurement bottlenecks.
- Implement vendor risk assessments, performance scorecards, and onboarding workflows to maintain a high-integrity supplier ecosystem.




- Own procurement analytics—track spend, savings, and cycle times—using ERP or procurement tools to drive data-backed decisions.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, PO workflows, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, contract law) for all system integration-related purchases.
