We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Telesales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling WhatsApp marketing, bulk SMS, email marketing, and voice/IVR services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM tools, Excel, and API/Integration knowledge. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell our IT marketing services, including WhatsApp marketing, bulk SMS, email marketing, and voice/IVR services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to marketing services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in IT marketing services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, bulk SMS, email marketing, and voice/IVR services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
