Job Summary
We are looking for a Solar Rooftop Engineer responsible for rooftop solar site visits,
installation, testing, commissioning, and customer coordination. The candidate will work on
residential/Commercial rooftop solar projects under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer visits and rooftop site surveys.
- Assess site feasibility and solar installation requirements.
- Install rooftop solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, wiring, and related equipment.
- Perform DC/AC electrical connections, earthing, and basic electrical work. - Conduct
testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of rooftop solar systems. - Ensure installation
is completed as per safety and quality standards. - Coordinate with customers during
installation and explain basic system operation. - Handle project-related documentation
and coordination under PM Surya Ghar Yojana.



- Coordinate with the internal team and
customers for timely project completion. - Travel to customer locations for installation and
service requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant
technical qualification.
- Experience in Rooftop Solar Installation / Solar EPC preferred.
- Positive knowledge of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, DC/AC cabling, and
earthing.
- Hands-on experience in solar installation and commissioning.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and installation work.
- Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana will be an added advantage.
