Our client is building the operating system for the world's coaches and experts. They're a small, fast moving team in Bengaluru, founded by engineers with deep AI infrastructure backgrounds. Every great coach — a Kathak dancer, a Carnatic vocalist, a chess master, a yoga teacher — hits the same ceiling: 1:1 teaching caps out at a few dozen students. Our client breaks that ceiling with a weekly learning loop: daily practice content, structured courses, AI-powered practice feedback, and live workshops that let a single coach teach thousands of students a year without diluting the craft. Their anchor coaches already teach 1,200+ students a year on the platform — and they're just getting started.

About the role

This is a senior role for an editor who is equally robust as an animator. You'll work closely with creative and production teams to edit raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, and other digital platforms, and you'll own the animation and motion-graphics craft across that work.

What you'll do

- Own animation and motion-graphics output end to end, from concept to final delivery
- Set and hold the visual and animation style across projects
- Integrating motion graphics and visual elements
- Assembling and refining video sequences
- Adding transitions and effects
- Synchronizing audio




- Applying color grading to maintain visual consistency
- Collaborating on storyboards and concepts
- Maintaining organized project files and assets
- Support and review the work of other editors on the team
- Meeting deadlines and following brand guidelines
- Contributing ideas to enhance the overall quality and impact of video content

What we're looking for

- Advanced Motion Graphics and Animation skills, to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations
- Skills in Video Production and Video Editing, to handle end-to-end creation and refinement of video content
- Skills in Video Color Grading, to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across all video projects
- Depth in After Effects, with the range to lead animation work rather than support it

Also beneficial

- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, and prior experience in video editing or post-production
