About the Role

1DigitalStack.ai is looking for an Associate Director – Media Planning, Strategy & Reporting to drive media strategy, performance marketing, client engagement, execution and reporting across e-commerce marketplaces.

1DigitalStack manages $300M+ in annual retail media across 100+ consumer brands. This is a highly hands-on, execution-oriented and client-facing role with a strong focus on profitable P&L.;

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute monthly media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end media execution and campaign performance.
- Drive daily/weekly reporting and monthly plan-vs-actual analysis.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations from performance data.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, solving complex business and operational challenges.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding, communication, delivery and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with product, technology and business teams to deliver insight-led outcomes.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements, data flows and processes into analytical solutions.
- Lead, mentor and manage teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce performance, performance marketing,



client/account management or business strategy.
- Strong experience in media planning, performance marketing, analytics and reporting.
- Experience handling consumer/FMCG brands is highly preferred.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong business storytelling and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup setting.
- Startup / entrepreneurial / Founder’s Office experience is preferred.
- Interest or experience in e-commerce, MarTech or B2B SaaS is an added advantage.
