Responsibilities
Candidate is expected to assist the MICE team with sales proposals,ad hoc operational support and administrative tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the department to ensure revenue and gross profit targets are met and exceeded.
Salary: as per company standards(no bar for positive candidates)
Job Description:
Take ownership of and monitor entire sales process and follow-up with MICE clients
Prepare proposals and quotes and coordinate with product and/or sales in regional offices
Address any client complaints as required
Address supplier questions and escalate to management when necessary
Conduct site inspections of hotels and restaurants
Assist with monitoring service providers to ensure that the required services are delivered to their desired standard
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel industry would be an add-on to the profile
Education- Diploma in Travel and Tourism
UG: Graduate and Post Graduate - In Travel Management
Excellent Personality and Communication Skills,
Proper knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
