About the Role:
You'll build outbound pipelines across international markets, mostly from cold accounts. You find the right people, get their attention, and hand our AEs meetings worth taking. Around 20% of your pipeline comes from inbound sign-ups we pass to you, so it's not a pure cold grind.
This is a volume role, and we don't hide that. On a normal day you'll make around 80 cold calls, run about 30 LinkedIn touches, and send 200–300 emails through sequences. But volume alone doesn't book meetings. The people who win here research first, write like a human, and know what the prospect actually cares about before they dial.
It won't all be cold. Roughly 20% of your work comes from inbound sign-ups we hand you, so you'll have a steady stream of warm leads to qualify and convert alongside the outbound.
What you'll do:
• Prospect into EMEA and the Americas and keep the top of the funnel full..
• Build your own target lists. Find the buyer, spot the trigger (an event on their calendar, a live campaign, a competitor's widget on their site), and use it as your opener..
• Run the daily motion: ~80 calls, ~30 LinkedIn touches, 200–300 sequenced emails..
• Work the inbound sign-ups sent your way (about 20% of your pipeline) and turn them into qualified meetings quick..
• Qualify properly and book clean meetings so the AE walks in warm..
• Keep the CRM honest and your notes tight..
• Sell the outcome, not the feature. Nobody wants "a social wall." They want an event where attendees keep posting to get on screen,
or a website that converts because it's covered in real customer content. Lead with their result..
Who you'll sell to:
Social Walls: event and experiential marketers, brand activation managers, event and creative agencies, conference organizers, venues and stadiums, and internal comms teams running big gatherings.
Taggbox: e-commerce and retail brands wanting shoppable UGC and social proof, growth and social media marketers at mid-market brands, and travel and hospitality teams that live on reviews.
Who we want
A hustler. Someone who treats the target as a floor, not a ceiling, and gets genuinely annoyed when they miss it. You can take a hang-up and dial the next number without flinching. You're organized enough to run high volume without dropping follow-ups, and coachable enough to get better every week.
Requirement:
• 1–3 years in an outbound BDR/SDR or high-volume sales role, SaaS preferred..
• A record of hitting or beating targets..
• Confidence on the phone and strong written English for email and LinkedIn..
• Fine with the international shift..
Nice to have: Sequencing tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Lemlist), a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), Sales Navigator or similar, and some feel for marketing, events, or e-commerce.
