URGENT HIRING – MEDICAL TYPIST / RADIOLOGY TRANSCRIPTIONIST

Location: Airport Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Workplace: Diagnostic Centre

POSITION

Medical Typist / Radiology Transcriptionist

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate preferred

• Medical Transcription / Radiology Typing experience preferred

• Good English typing and computer skills

EXPERIENCE

• Experienced candidates preferred

• Freshers with excellent typing and computer skills may also be considered

• Prior experience in a Radiology / Diagnostic Centre will be an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transcribe radiology reports accurately as dictated/provided by the Radiologist

• Type and format USG, CT, MRI, X-Ray and other radiology reports

• Ensure correct patient details, examination details and report formatting

• Maintain accuracy in medical terminology, spelling and report structure

• Review typed reports for grammatical and typographical errors

• Coordinate with Radiologists for corrections or clarifications when required

• Maintain confidentiality of patient and diagnostic information





• Ensure timely completion and submission of reports

• Maintain proper digital and physical documentation as required

• Coordinate with front desk, technicians and other diagnostic centre staff

• Follow diagnostic centre SOPs and quality standards

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent English typing speed and accuracy

• Good knowledge of medical terminology

• Familiarity with Radiology terminology will be preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer applications

• Good listening and transcription skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports

• Good communication and coordination skills
