We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer who enjoys building production-grade AI systems. This role is ideal for someone who can design and deploy reliable AI agents, build rigorous evaluation frameworks, implement deep observability, and work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows.
* Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure AI system performance.
* Implement observability, monitoring, and debugging for AI applications.
* Build scalable backend services using Python and TypeScript.
* Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS, including Bedrock and serverless architectures.
* Work with PostgreSQL and vector search for AI-powered applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
* Drive best practices for reliability, testing,
and production readiness.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 6+ years of software engineering experience.
* 2+ years of delivering AI applications into production.
* Solid proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
* Experience with AWS Serverless and Amazon Bedrock.
* Hands-on experience with LangGraph.
* Experience with PostgreSQL and vector search.
* Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, evaluations, and observability.
* Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
* Familiarity with modern AI tooling and deployment best practices.
* Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
