Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving targets by managing documentation, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and the field sales team. The role involves handling order processing, tracking sales leads, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.

· Prepare and send quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices.

· Track and follow up on pending quotations and customer orders.

· Maintain customer databases and ensure timely updates in CRM or Excel.

· Liaise with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order status, delivery schedules, and billing.

· Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance summaries.

· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.





· Ensure timely response and support for customer complaints and feedback.

· Support the team during exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

· Coordinate with logistics and ensure smooth dispatch and delivery follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, or customer service (preferably in electrical, switchgear, or manufacturing industry).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software.

· Robust communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
