About HiWox

HiWox is building an integrated healthcare and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalised wellness, and measurable health outcomes across 9 dimensions of wellness — physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.

We are looking for a Healthcare Scientist who can help build the scientific and evidence-based foundation of the HiWox platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Healthcare Research & Evidence – Conduct research on preventive healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, interventions, health behaviours and emerging healthcare technologies to build scientifically validated frameworks for HiWox.

- Wellness Framework Development – Develop and validate scientific assessment methodologies, health indicators, protocols and intervention frameworks across HiWox's 9 wellness domains.

- Data & Outcome Analysis – Work with healthcare and user data to identify patterns, evaluate interventions and develop measurable health and wellness outcome metrics.

- Product & R&D; Support – Collaborate with product, technology, nutrition and healthcare teams to convert scientific research into practical features, assessments, programs and recommendations within HiWox.

- Clinical & Expert Collaboration – Work with doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, therapists, researchers and other healthcare professionals to review and strengthen HiWox's healthcare models.

- Scientific Validation & Documentation – Prepare research reports,



protocols, scientific documentation and evidence summaries supporting HiWox's healthcare programs and product claims.

- Research & Innovation – Identify emerging technologies, research opportunities, healthcare models and innovations that can improve HiWox's preventive and personalised healthcare ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate

- Master's/PhD in Healthcare Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Health Sciences or a related field.

- Solid understanding of healthcare research and scientific methodology.

- Ability to analyse scientific literature and healthcare data.

- Strong interest in preventive healthcare, wellness and healthcare innovation.

- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

- Research publications, clinical research experience or healthcare R&D; experience will be preferred.

- Strong scientific writing and communication skills.

Important: This is an equity-based founding-team opportunity. There is currently no fixed salary. Equity will be structured based on contribution, role, commitment and company milestones, subject to the company's formal equity and founder agreements.
