USA Healthcare Recruiter (Remote) - Hyderabad, India

We are seeking an experienced USA Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team remotely from Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, RNs, and Allied Healthcare professionals across the U.S.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and networking channels to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with clients and candidates.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement.

Requirements:

1+ years of U.S. Healthcare Recruitment experience.
Solid knowledge of healthcare roles and credentialing requirements.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and similar platforms.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work U.S. business hours.
