Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for electrical and software-related issues.

- Troubleshoot PLC communication and software applications.

- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at customer locations.

- Coordinate with development and project teams for issue resolution.

- Assist customers through phone, email, and remote support.

- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of deployed solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.

- Support MES, SCADA, traceability, and industrial automation applications.

- Conduct basic training for customers and operators when required.

- Maintain service records and track pending issues until closure.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of PYTHON based software application and industrial automation.

- Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and industrial communication protocols.





- Understanding of software applications, databases, and Windows environment.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

- Willingness to travel for site support and commissioning activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, ECE, Mechatronics, or related field.

- Experience with industrial software applications or automation projects is an added advantage.

- Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, or application support is preferred.
