About the Role

Clovio Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant to join our SAP Supply Chain practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP TM implementation, support, and optimization, with hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight management, carrier collaboration, and SAP S/4HANA integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP TM solutions aligned with logistics and transportation processes.

- Configure and implement SAP Transportation Management functionalities.

- Work on transportation planning, freight order management, freight booking, and transportation execution.

- Configure charge management, freight settlement, and carrier selection processes.

- Implement transportation cockpit, planning profiles, optimizer, and resource management.

- Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP ERP, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP GTS, and third-party logistics providers.

- Support carrier collaboration, tendering, and freight procurement processes.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support.

- Troubleshoot SAP TM issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Conduct end-user training and create functional documentation.





- Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.

Requirements

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of SAP consulting experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).

- Expertise in:

- Transportation Planning

- Freight Order Management

- Freight Booking

- Transportation Cockpit

- Freight Settlement

- Charge Management

- Carrier Selection

- Tendering

- Resource Management

- Transportation Execution

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM.

- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes.

- Integration experience with:

- SAP EWM

- SAP SD

- SAP MM

- SAP LE

- SAP GTS

- SAP Event Management (EM)

- Knowledge of Fiori applications related to SAP TM.

- Experience with IDocs, APIs, EDI, and interface integrations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in global transportation and freight forwarding projects.

- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Understanding of transportation optimization and route planning.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
