JOB DESCRIPTION: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Location: Head Office, Sindhubhavan Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Qualification: BBA / B.Com / MBA

CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

JOB PURPOSE

To manage and scale the company’s E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, and Digital Commerce operations. The role involves overseeing marketplace management, order fulfillment, product visibility, customer satisfaction, and online sales growth. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for driving the company's social media presence and executing digital promotional campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

1. Manage daily E-Commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, and other online marketplaces.
2. Oversee the complete order lifecycle, including processing, fulfillment, delivery, cancellations, and return management.
3.



Ensure accurate order fulfillment via store pickup and delivery services.
4. Manage product listings, SKUs, catalogs, pricing, images, descriptions, and stock levels across all channels.
5. Maintain the company’s in-house D2C website/portal to ensure seamless navigation, secure payment integration, and an optimal user experience.
6. Execute product onboarding workflows for current and existing D2C platforms.
7. Structure and maintain online pricing strategies, promotional offers, and campaign discounts.
8. Coordinate with technical teams to resolve website-related bugs, checkout errors, or usability issues.

2. Quick Commerce Management

1. Lead onboarding, account management, and daily operations on platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket.
