Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives / Assistant Store Managers (ASM) to join Daily Objects. The ideal candidate should have solid retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for lifestyle, fashion, and design-oriented products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
2. Deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing personalized assistance.
3. Engage with customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable products.
4. Maintain solid customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
5. Ensure proper visual merchandising, product presentation, and store display standards.
6. Maintain product knowledge and confidently communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
7. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
8. Maintain accurate billing, inventory, and store-related records as required.
9. Support daily store operations, including stock management and housekeeping.
10.



For ASM candidates, assist in team handling, sales monitoring, staff performance, and store operations.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 1–10 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or consumer products.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
5. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.
6. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
8. Passion or interest in design, fashion, lifestyle, home décor, or premium consumer products will be an added advantage.
9. For ASM: Prior experience in team handling and store operations is preferred.
