About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven and persuasive Sales & Admissions Counsellor to join our Beauty & Wellness Academy in Noida Sector 16. The candidate will be responsible for converting prospective student inquiries into successful admissions by understanding their career aspirations and recommending the right beauty and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries to generate admissions.
2. Achieve and exceed monthly admission and sales targets.
3. Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable beauty and wellness courses/programs.
4. Explain course curriculum, fees, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
5. Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents to drive conversions.
6. Manage leads and maintain an updated CRM/database with accurate follow-up records.
7. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close admissions.
8. Conduct academy visits/campus walk-throughs and represent the brand professionally.
9. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student onboarding.
10.



Maintain strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.
11. Prepare and share regular sales/admission reports and performance updates.

Candidate Requirements

1. 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Counselling, Admissions, or Business Development.
2. Experience in Education, EdTech, Beauty, Wellness, Fashion, or Lifestyle sectors will be preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
5. Highly target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
6. Ability to understand customer/student requirements and provide consultative solutions.
7. Good objection-handling and follow-up skills.
8. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
9. Passion or interest in the beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
