Key Responsibilities: Production Operations ● Own production planning and execution across assigned lines; achieve volume, quality, and timeline targets. ● Set and monitor KPIs (efficiency, OEE, yield, downtime); hold team accountable. ● Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. ● Manage production budget and resource allocation; minimize waste and non-productive time. Team Leadership ● Recruit, train, and develop production supervisors; build management pipeline. ● Establish SOPs, training protocols, and competency standards. ● Conduct performance reviews and manage team discipline. ● Foster safety and operational excellence culture. Quality & Compliance ● Ensure GMP and FSSAI compliance; lead audit readiness. ● Own safety performance and hazard mitigation. ● Maintain batch documentation and traceability systems. Cross-Functional Coordination ● Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse on production needs and bottleneck resolution. ● Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling. ● Provide production insights for supply chain and product planning.
