Job Description – Telecaller

POSITION DETAILS

1. Position: Telecaller
2. Location: Remote
3. Salary / CTC:
4. Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 / month
5. Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 / month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communicate with farmers over call as per provided SOPs.
2. Review and validate photo/video evidence submitted by field staff against project guidelines.
3. Identify discrepancies, missing data, or errors in submitted field records.
4. Maintain validation logs and share daily issue reports via email.
5. Coordinate with field teams for quick resolution and resubmission of data.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

1. Education: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred). Knowledge of agricultural practices like Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) is an advantage.
2. Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with farmers and rural stakeholders.
3. Experience: Prior experience in calling/data validation preferred.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

1. Fluency in local state/district language.
2. Proficiency in Hindi / Punjabi is preferable.
