Job Description – Store Executive

Company: Jabsons Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Bholav, Udhyog Nagar, Bharuch, Gujarat

Experience: 3 Years

Qualification: B.com

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and inventory operations.

- Handle material receiving, storage, issuance and dispatch.

- Maintain stock records, GRN and inventory documentation.

- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock verification.

- Follow FIFO/FEFO and ensure proper material handling.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Dispatch teams.

- Maintain store cleanliness, safety and housekeeping standards.

- Prepare stock reports and update ERP/SAP records.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of store and inventory management.

- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, GRN and stock reconciliation.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet operational requirements.

Requirements

- 3 years of relevant experience in Store/Warehouse/Inventory, preferably in Food/FMCG/Manufacturing.

- Any Graduate.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
