Role OverviewThe Production Trainee will support day-to-day production operations, learning the manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols of the plant. This is an entry-level position designed to build a robust foundation in production management for future roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities· Assist in daily production planning and execution as per targets· Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor· Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production activities· Support quality checks and ensure adherence to quality standards· Maintain production records, logs,



and reports· Assist in inventory and raw material tracking· Follow all safety guidelines and support a safe working environment· Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams (QC, Maintenance, Stores)· Identify and report any process inefficiencies or deviations· Participate in training sessions and skill development programsRequired Qualifications· Diploma / ITI / a 10th pass· Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experienceSkills Required· Basic understanding of production processes and machinery· Good communication and interpersonal skills· Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)· Ability to work in shifts, if requiredThanks And Regards,Shweta83051 04855
