Nisum is looking for a dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team as a backfill. In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing and evaluating training programs, coordinating sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. What You'll Do:
- Implement training programs.
- Develop training materials and resources using AI.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including managing the L&D; calendar.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training is delivered according to plan.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employee development.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Provide support and guidance to employees during training.
- Monitor and assess the progress of trainees.
- Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with external training providers.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
What You Know:
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, including the use of AI.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Robust presentation and facilitation skills.

- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in training and development is a plus.
