- Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement engaging and user-centric WordPress websites.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins that enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development, testing, or post-launch phases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, plugins, and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
- Assist in website migration, updates, and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers, to deliver successful projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.
- Maintain documentation for developed features, plugins, and applications.

Qualifications:





- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your WordPress projects.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of MySQL and database management in WordPress.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team workplace.
- Experience with AI integration or machine learning concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- WP engine and headless WordPress experience is desired
- Up-to-date knowledge of current web development trends and best practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
