We are seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to join our team on a 3rd party payroll basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring plant equipment to ensure optimal production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor plant equipment and processes to ensure efficient production.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.




- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant operations.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in plant operations or a related field.
- Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with plant equipment and machinery operation.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing work environments.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
