We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Team Leader - Logistics to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven ability to lead a team and optimize logistics operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the logistics team to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the planning and execution of transportation and distribution of products.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.




- Prepare reports and presentations for upper management regarding logistics operations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management roles.
- Proficient in logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards in India.
- Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the logistics team.
