Roles & Responsibilities :
We're looking for an experienced Software Architect to join our organization in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and defining the overall software architecture for our enterprise applications. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and productive technical solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make well-informed architectural decisions that align with organizational goals.

- Design and define software architecture for enterprise-level applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance

- Lead technical design reviews and architecture decision-making processes across multiple projects

- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms to recommend optimal solutions for organizational needs





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and operations to ensure architectural alignment

- Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across development teams

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to software engineers and development teams on architectural principles and design patterns

- Document architectural decisions, system designs, and technical specifications for clarity and future reference

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions

- Oversee the implementation of architectural standards and conduct code reviews to ensure compliance

- Identify and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks in system design

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to software architecture
