Provide 24*7 operations support
Hands-on experience in administration of Ping Federate & Ping Access on Linux servers.
Good knowledge and implementation experience on Ping concepts OAUTH, OIDC, SAML, Rules, Selectors, Policies, Token, PCV, Datastores.
Working experience in supporting and troubleshooting issues related Single Sign-on configurations for applications using Ping Federate OAuth / OID Protocol.
Experience and SME level knowledge on SAML 2.0/ Oauth/ Ws-federation protocol/IdP & SP.
Handled critical Production incidents related to Ping Access, Ping Federate, LDAP.
Good knowledge on Linux commands with hands-on experience on troubleshooting user issues.
Experience on user administration on LDAP/Active Directory.
Worked on Ping Access/Ping Federate certificate renewals.
Worked on Password management of service accounts on Ping Federate/LDAP.
Positive to have ISAM and DataPower experience .
