Job Description:

- Build and deploy production-grade AI and Agentic AI solutions for client business use cases.

- Design and implement AI agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, and cloud-based agent platforms.

- Develop and manage AI/ML pipelines, including RAG, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability.

- Build multi-agent systems where multiple AI agents collaborate to complete complex tasks.

- Implement agent orchestration using MCP/A2A gateways, controls, and guardrails.

- Build end-to-end RAG/retrieval pipelines involving:

- Document chunking

- Embeddings

- Vector databases/stores

- Re-ranking

- Integrate LLM/SLM models with enterprise applications using Python and APIs.

- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Implement AI observability and monitoring to track performance, errors, latency, and model behavior.

- Work closely with solution architects, platform engineers, and data scientists to convert complex business requirements into scalable and responsible AI solutions.

- Ensure AI applications follow appropriate security, governance, responsible AI, and guardrail practices.
