Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong hands-on experience with BMC Control-M Managed File Transfer (MFT), including installation, configuration, and administration.
Proven experience in MFT migration projects, onboarding file transfers, and transitioning workloads from legacy file transfer platforms to Control-M MFT.
Expertise in configuring and managing FTP, SFTP, FTPS, SSH key management, certificates, and secure file transfer protocols.
Experience in workflow automation, troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and incident resolution within Control-M environments.
Good understanding of file transfer security, compliance requirements, scheduling, dependency management, and integration with enterprise applications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance during migration and deployment activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ControlM Administration.
- Strong knowledge of job scheduling concepts and experience managing batch workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to job dependencies, scheduling conflicts, and system alerts.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure high availability of scheduled jobs.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Good understanding of system architecture and integration points within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ControlM Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
