Job Description:

Job Title : Guidewire InsuranceSuite Technical Lead

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experience : 7-12 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- 7 12 years of hands-on Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience.
- Strong experience with one or more Guidewire products: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
- Experience with Guidewire v10.x and/or Guidewire Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire configuration and development.
- Expertise in Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Workflows, Activities, Wizards, Product Designer, and related Guidewire components.
- Experience configuring transactions, jobs, business rules, forms, administration, account management, contacts, and other InsuranceSuite functionality.
- Experience implementing multiple insurance lines of business (LOBs).
- Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, XML, and integration patterns.
- Experience with GUnit and automated testing.
- Experience with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube.
- Exposure to application servers such as WebSphere,



WebLogic, JBoss, or Tomcat.
- Experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
- Strong understanding of Guidewire integration frameworks and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud capabilities such as APIs, Integration Gateway, APD, and Underwriting Workbench.
- Knowledge of source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, TFS, or equivalent.
- Lead and drive a team of Guidewire developers in a fast-paced delivery setting.
- Provide technical leadership across Guidewire configuration, integration, customization, and development.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Guidewire solutions.
- Prepare and enhance technical design documents covering field mapping, data definitions, business rules, workflows, and solution design.
- Lead solutioning activities by developing and presenting Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions and workarounds.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
