Job Title : Guidewire Application Developer P&C; Insurance

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experience : 3+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation and development.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Strong proficiency in Gosu and Java.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and tools such as Jira.
- Experience with Guidewire Studio, Rules, Workflows, and Data Model.
- Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, SVN, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI pair-programming tools.
- Good working knowledge of SQL, XML, and XSLT.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development.
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance, including commercial and personal lines.




- Familiarity with SmartCOMM, GhostDraft, or similar document-generation platforms.
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Develop, customize, debug, and troubleshoot solutions using Gosu, Java, SQL, XML, and XSLT.
- Work with Guidewire Studio, Rules, Workflows, Data Model, and configuration components.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and Generative AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity.
- Apply knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted software development where applicable.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and code quality activities.
- Provide technical support for QA, UAT, and production environments.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
