Job Title : Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer
Job Type : Full-Time / Contract
Experience : 3-8 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration development preferred.
- Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Experience working with Commercial and Personal Lines of Business.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Gosu and Gosu Queries.
- Experience working with PCF, Rulesets, Validations, and Business Rules.
- Understanding of Guidewire configuration, customization, and application development concepts.
- Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.
- Design, develop, modify, implement,
and support software components across the application stack.
- Perform Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and customization based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Gosu code, Gosu Queries, PCF screens, Rulesets, validations, and business rules.
- Analyze complex application issues, determine root causes, and implement efficient and permanent technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and remain calm and effective during critical incidents.
- Contribute to technical discussions and provide recommendations for improving application performance and maintainability.
- Support knowledge sharing and help junior team members improve their technical skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
