We are looking for an experienced Events & Exhibitions Leader to take ownership of the Events & Exhibitions vertical, driving end-to-end project delivery, client relationships, operational excellence, and business growth across government and corporate engagements.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in event management, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or integrated communications, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale events, conferences, exhibitions, summits, and experiential projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences, summits, and experiential projects.
- Own end-to-end project execution, including concept development, planning, budgeting, production, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government ministries, PSUs, corporate clients, and senior stakeholders.
- Lead client discussions, understand requirements, and translate business objectives into effective event and experiential solutions.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, client servicing, production, and operations teams to deliver integrated event experiences.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, procurement, and commercial negotiations to ensure profitability.
- Oversee vendors, contractors, production partners, and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Identify operational risks, resolve execution challenges, and ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams while establishing strong project management and execution practices.
- Participate in client pitches, presentations, tenders, and RFPs to support new business acquisition.




- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business across government and corporate sectors.
- Monitor project performance, profitability, client satisfaction, and delivery standards.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual commitments, safety standards, and operational processes.
- Travel extensively as required for project execution, client meetings, exhibitions, and on-site engagements.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 10+ years of experience in event management, exhibitions, experiential marketing, integrated communications, or a related agency setting.
- Strong track record of managing large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences, summits, and corporate or government engagements.
- Proven experience working with government ministries, PSUs, and senior corporate stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end event and exhibition planning, production, logistics, and on-ground execution.
- Demonstrated experience handling high-value tenders, RFPs, proposals, and client pitches.
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing budgets, negotiations, project profitability, and resource allocation.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive project environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, production, strategy, operations, and client-facing teams.
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities without compromising delivery quality.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively based on business and project requirements.
