nWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support Team. The role involves handling customer queries through both Voice and Chat channels, providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through voice calls and chat support.n
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.n
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.n
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during interactions.n
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.n
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).n
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.n

nEligibility Criteria

- Graduation is Mandatory (Any Discipline).n
- Freshers can apply.n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.n
- Strong knowledge of handling customer queries and providing effective resolutions.n
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.n
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.n

- Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.n
- Rotational weekly offs as per business requirements.n
