We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations at Hotel Haveli. The candidate will be responsible for food quality, kitchen staff management, menu execution, hygiene, food cost control and overall kitchen performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily kitchen operations and food production. Lead, train and supervise kitchen staff. Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation. Plan daily preparation and ensure timely food service. Monitor food quality, freshness and portion control. Manage food storage and kitchen inventory. Control food wastage and kitchen costs. Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and food safety. Coordinate with restaurant management and service staff. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef / Head Chef. Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine. Good kitchen management and team-handling skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Good communication and leadership skills. 2. INDIAN CHEF Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef to prepare high-quality Indian dishes while maintaining taste, hygiene and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of Indian dishes as per restaurant standards. Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation. Handle food preparation, cooking and plating. Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene. Follow food safety standards. Minimize food wastage. Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Indian Chef. Positive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety. Good teamwork and positive attitude. 3. SOUTH INDIAN CHEF Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month Job Summary:




We are looking for an experienced South Indian Chef with good knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine and cooking methods. Key Responsibilities: Prepare South Indian breakfast, meals and snacks. Prepare dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, rice dishes and other South Indian specialties. Maintain authentic taste, quality and presentation. Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients. Follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices. Control food wastage and portion sizes. Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a South Indian Chef. Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine. Good understanding of traditional cooking techniques. Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety. 4. SERVICE STAFF Salary: 15,000 – 16,000 per month Job Summary:
We are looking for friendly and customer-focused Service Staff to provide excellent service to guests and ensure a positive dining experience at Hotel Haveli. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers politely. Take customer orders accurately. Serve food and beverages efficiently. Explain menu items and answer customer questions. Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas. Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order service. Handle customer requests professionally. Check customer satisfaction. Clear and reset tables after service. Follow restaurant hygiene and service standards. Requirements: Good communication and customer-service skills. Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
