nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Key Account Manager – E-commerce to manage and drive the online business across E-commerce marketplaces and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, catalogue management, advertising, and sales performance analysis, with a robust understanding of platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage and drive the company’s online business across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy,etc.n
- Handle day-to-day marketplace operations including product listings, promotions, deals, discounts, and operational issue resolution.n
- Ensure catalogue hygiene by maintaining accurate product information, pricing, images, and inventory updates across platforms.n
- Manage and coordinate return handling processes efficiently to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.n




- Monitor and optimize Flipkart fulfilment operations and marketplace performance.n
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices related to Flipkart advertising and marketplace growth strategies.n
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data and trends, and implement action plans to improve business performance and revenue growth.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers for smooth business operations and timely issue resolution.n
- Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, market trends, account health, and operational update.n
