nKey Duties and Responsibilities
nTeam Management
n
- n
- Manage and supervise the Kenya light cargo sanitary ware team to ensure operational effectiveness.n
- Reasonably allocate team tasks and foster a positive, high-performance team atmosphere.n
- Ensure all assigned team tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.n
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.n

nMarket & Policy Support

- n
- Investigate and collect relevant market information to support business decision-making.n
- Assist management in formulating and implementing relevant operational policies.n

nTraining & Development
n
- n
- Improve team capabilities through structured training programs.n




- Provide regular qualified skills training and other necessary development sessions.n
- Organize and conduct two departmental meetings per month, ensuring meetings are timely, structured, and productive.n

nReporting & Compliance

- Report overall team performance and operational updates to direct supervisors as required.n
- Ensure strict compliance with company rules, regulations, and operational standards.n
- Maintain discipline within the team, ensuring no violations of company policies.n

nEducation and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.n
- Proven experience in cargo operations, logistics, transportation, or sanitary ware distribution.n
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and operational procedures.n
- Strong team collaboration skills.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
