Basic Function

Lead the sales team for masterbatches, colors and black to manage customers in consumer and industrial segments in the Indian subcontinent and grow sales of LYB APS products. Represent company strategy, develop sales growth, increase value, manage order-to-cash processes keeping customer centricity in mind.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1.Ensures consistent and optimal execution of strategy across the region/customer base and price policies for the LYB products and relevant market segments.To contribute to Indian Subcontinent business target to be more successful than competition and to achieve the overall sales targets. To lead and develop the team members to work together with good team spirit as one team.

2.Builds a team around the account managers to ensure continuing improved sales as well as effective customer relationships and organizes the support by Customer Service.Yearly target on volumes, market share and margins vs. average competition, total sales volume and CM1Team members’ improvement in performance and personal competencies, team effectiveness and stability.





3.Develops and nurtures relationships with customers establishing solid relationships with them on commercial and technical level aiming for a preferred supplier position.

- Sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manages headquarters of assigned regional/global key accounts and coordinate activitieswith colleagues serving same key account in other regions and vice versa supports other managers with key account responsibility to achieve new business nominations and be the preferred supplier.
- To act a as global business where required and achieving advantage vs. competition.
- Sales growth on a global account level, minutes of regular meetings

Education

University degree in Chemical, Polymers, Plastics, Injection Moulding Engineering, or Commercial disciplines

Work Experience

- More than 10 years of masterbatch sales and team management experience across plastics, packaging, and processing industries.
- We seek a hands-on leader with entrepreneurial drive, emotional intelligence, and strong people skills able to guide the team while staying close to the ground and solving business, customer, and operational challenges.
