Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Business Secured Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role , responsible for driving business through channel partners, DSAs, connectors, and open-market sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Business Secured LAP sourcing through DSAs, connectors, and open-market channels.
- Build and manage strong DSA/channel partner relationships .
- Achieve assigned sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure quality sourcing in line with credit and company policies.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth case processing.
- Maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
- Monitor market activity and drive consistent business growth.

Eligibility Criteria





- 3–8 years of experience in LAP / Business LAP / Mortgage Sales .
- Strong experience in DSA and channel-led sourcing .
- Proven track record of achieving individual business targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Raipur market .
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
