Hiring: Junior Staff Accountant – US Accounting Location: Mohali, Punjab – Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time‍ Experience: 1–1.5 YearsShift: Night Shift – US TimingsDepartment: Finance & AccountingAbout the Role We are looking for a Junior Staff Accountant with 1–1.5 years of relevant accounting experience to join our Finance & Accounting team. The role offers an opportunity to work in a US-based business environment and gain hands-on exposure to US Accounting processes.Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities .Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) .Record journal entries and maintain accounting records.Perform bank and account reconciliations .Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment records .Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.Maintain accurate documentation and supporting schedules.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.Follow accounting procedures and internal controls.Requirements B.Com / B.Com (Hons.)
