Company: NR ConsultingPosition: Associate Manager/Manager - Business Development (MSP Partnerships, US Staffing)Location: Onsite, Noida, UPEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 3 to 5 YearsRole Overview:NR Consulting is looking for a Business Development Manager to work with MSP partners, VMS programs, and enterprise workforce contacts to bring current customers and business opportunities for our U.S. staffing division.The ideal candidate should have experience in U.S. staffing business development, MSP partner engagement, or contingent workforce programs. This person should be able to use existing relationships, program performance, and market knowledge to open new customer opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities through MSP partners, VMS programs, and enterprise workforce channels.Build relationships with MSP contacts, supplier managers, procurement teams, and client decision-makers.Use existing relationships and program performance to create new customer access.Support supplier onboarding opportunities with MSPs and enterprise clients.Develop new relationships to grow NR Consulting's U.S. staffing business.Maintain and strengthen existing MSP and client-side relationships.Work with delivery, recruiting, operations,
and leadership teams to support business growth.Track prospects, client conversations, follow-ups, and business development activity.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3 to 5 years of business development, MSP partnership, supplier management, or U.S. staffing industry experience.Prior experience working with MSP partners, VMS programs, or contingent workforce programs.Strong understanding of U.S. staffing, MSP/VMS processes, supplier onboarding, and client relationship management.Strong communication, networking, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to convert relationships into business opportunities.Preferred SkillsExisting relationships with MSP contacts, procurement teams, supplier managers, or workforce program leaders.Experience in IT, professional, healthcare, engineering, industrial, or general staffing.Knowledge of supplier performance, scorecards, rate cards, and MSP program expectations.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be relationship-driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable working with MSP partners to create new customer opportunities. The person should understand how staffing suppliers win business inside MSP and enterprise programs.
