Team members collaborate remotely with clients and colleagues to deliver pragmatic, well-engineered solutions that support business decision-making.Role Description This temporary remote role is for an ERP Odoo Freelancer Developer supporting Auraveritas' inspection-focused operations. The developer will configure, customize, and integrate Odoo ERP modules to align with inspection processes, including data capture, reporting, and workflow automation. Daily tasks include analyzing business requirements, developing and testing back-end functionality, implementing object-oriented solutions, and troubleshooting system issues. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine specifications, documenting technical changes, and ensuring secure, maintainable code.



The freelancer will manage their own schedule while meeting agreed milestones and delivering high-quality, production-ready features.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining server-side applications.Advanced Programming skills, including fluency in languages commonly used with Odoo (e.g., Python) and familiarity with database technologies.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns applied to ERP and business applications.Hands-on experience customizing and extending Odoo ERP, especially in workflow, inspection, or quality management contexts.Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setting, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with attention to code quality, security, and documentation.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
