Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, newsletters, presentations, brochures, posters, and marketing creatives.
- Develop creative designs for legal awareness campaigns, corporate campaigns, events, webinars, and India LawShield services.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs accordingly.
- Convert complex legal concepts into straightforward, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand content.
- Maintain consistency in India LawShield's brand identity, typography, layouts, and visual language.
- Create creatives for lead-generation and performance marketing campaigns.
- Design promotional material for moot court competitions, legal events, partnerships, and college outreach campaigns.
- Adapt existing creatives into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing trends.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new creative concepts and campaign ideas.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,



Figma, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that are both creative and business-focused.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with legal, corporate, professional services, or B2B brands.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, GIFs, and animated social media creatives.
- Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content formats.
- Basic understanding of branding and performance marketing.
