The candidate will work in a hybrid mode, leveraging expertise in SIEM- Splunk ES, M365 Defender, Proofpoint, Vulnerability Management, Rapid 7,Service Now and Azure and AWS technologies. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying, mitigating, and managing security risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards.ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage cybersecurity solutions to protect critical infrastructure networks from potential threats and vulnerabilities. - Monitor and analyze security events using Splunk Enterprise Security, M365 Defender, Proofpoint to identify and respond to incidents effectively. - Utilize Vulnerability Management tools, including Rapid 7, to assess and remediate security risks across the organization's infrastructure. - Configure and maintain Service Now for tracking and managing security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.



- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement. - Provide detailed reports and insights on security trends, vulnerabilities, and incidents to stakeholders for informed decision-making. - Develop and execute strategies to enhance the organizations cybersecurity posture and resilience against emerging threats. - Train and guide team members on best practices for using security tools and maintaining compliance with industry standards. - Oversee the integration of security tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve threat detection capabilities. - Ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to address security concerns and implement solutions. - Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the organizations security framework. - Support the organizations mission by ensuring the safety and integrity of critical infrastructure systems, contributing to societal impact through secure operations.
