Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to support IT Compliance, Governance, Audit Coordination, and Information Security activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor compliance with IT policies, procedures, and controls
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and audit evidence
- Track audit observations, findings, and action items until closure
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and compliance records
- Monitor software licenses, IT assets, and cloud governance activities
- Prepare weekly/monthly compliance reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with IT, Security, Cloud, DevOps, and other stakeholders

Required Skills

- Understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Governance




- Basic knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks
- Robust documentation, reporting, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Jira or other ticketing tool experience is an advantage

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

- Experience in IT Compliance, IT Governance, IT Audit, Audit Coordination, or Information Security
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of DevOps concepts
- ISO 27001, ITIL, or related certifications are preferred but not mandatory
