Responsibilities include conducting interactive lessons, preparing teaching materials, designing assessments, and providing regular feedback to learners. The trainer will also support learners in understanding Japanese culture and basic business communication, and may assist with language-related academic or placement activities. This is a full-time,



on-site role based at Chennai Institute of Technology in Chennai.QualificationsCandidates should possess solid skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to engage diverse learners effectively.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, level-appropriate learning modules.Candidates should possess knowledge of Literature and cultural aspects of the Japanese language to enrich classroom discussions.Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written), preferably with JLPT certification (N2 or above) or equivalent qualification.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Japanese, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered teaching approach.Training students to clear JLPT certification exams.Experience in teaching Japanese in academic or training institutions is an advantage.
