The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in storage architecture, SAN/NAS technologies, disaster recovery, storage migration, capacity planning, and performance optimization across large-scale enterprise environments.Experience with Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM storage platforms, and cloud storage technologies is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop enterprise storage architecture solutions for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.Create High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture documents, and implementation plans.Evaluate and recommend storage technologies, platforms, and solutions based on business requirements.Design SAN, NAS, object storage, replication, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.Lead storage modernization, consolidation, migration, and transformation initiatives.Perform capacity planning, storage forecasting, and performance optimization.Define storage security, compliance, data protection, and governance standards.Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, database, and security teams.Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical governance discussions.Support POCs, solution presentations, technical workshops, and customer discussions.Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Python,



or Ansible for storage operations.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and support teams.Required SkillsStrong experience in Storage Architecture and Solution Design.Expertise in enterprise storage platforms such as:Dell EMC: PowerMax, PowerStore, Unity, VMAXNetApp: ONTAPHPE: 3PAR, PrimeraIBM: Storage SolutionsStrong knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies.Experience with Fibre Channel (FC), iSCSI, zoning, masking, and multipathing.Experience in storage replication technologies and disaster recovery solutions.Storage migration experience across large enterprise environments.Robust knowledge of capacity planning, performance analysis, and optimization.Experience with VMware and virtualization platforms.Understanding of backup technologies such as NetBackup, Commvault, or Veeam.Knowledge of cloud storage services including AWS, Azure, and GCP.Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Shell scripting.Preferred SkillsHybrid Cloud and Multi-Cloud Storage Architecture.Storage Security and Data Governance.ITIL and Service Management processes.Infrastructure Transformation and Modernization projects.Experience in customer-facing solution architecture and stakeholder management.Relevant certifications in Dell EMC, NetApp, IBM, HPE, Azure, AWS, or GCP.Primary Skill- Storage ArchitectureSecondary SkillsDell EMC StorageNetApp StorageSAN/NAS AdministrationFibre Channel / iSCSIDisaster Recovery / ReplicationCapacity Planning / Performance TuningVMwareCloud Storage – AWS / Azure / GCPNetBackup / Commvault / VeeamPowerShell / Python / AnsibleInterested candidates kindly share your updated CV to [email protected] or WhatsApp to (phone hidden).Thanks & Regards,Aruna.
