Power Platform Developer - CopilotEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: RemoteJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer - Copilot to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, with a proven ability to design, develop, configure, and deploy AI Agents and automated workflows for enterprise business use cases.The role will primarily focus on building agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating with enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle, and developing solutions that improve finance and individual productivity processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, configure, and deploy AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Develop and orchestrate workflows and automated business processes within Copilot Studio.Create copilots/agents for finance and productivity use cases such as:FP&A; quarterly investment report updatesTravel & Expense (T&E;) budget vs. actual trackingFinancial reporting and data retrievalBusiness process assistance and automationIntegrate Copilot Studio agents and workflows with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, and other ERP/finance systems.Configure topics, actions, triggers, connectors, knowledge sources, and agent instructions based on business requirements.Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into scalable agentic AI solutions.Implement appropriate governance, security, access controls, and responsible AI practices for enterprise agents.Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of agent responses and outputs.Optimize agent workflows for improved efficiency, usability, and business impact.Troubleshoot and enhance existing agents, workflows, and integrations.Support testing, deployment, monitoring,



and continuous improvement of production-ready Copilot solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Data, and Business stakeholders.Required Skills5+ years of overall IT/software experience.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.Proven experience in creating and configuring AI Agents/Copilots.Solid experience developing workflows and automation using Copilot Studio.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly:Power AutomatePower AppsDataversePower Platform ConnectorsExperience integrating agents/workflows with SAP, Oracle, ERP, finance systems, APIs, or enterprise applications.Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and prompt engineering.Good understanding of enterprise security, governance, authentication, and access control.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work directly with business/finance stakeholders and convert business requirements into technical solutions.Preferred SkillsExperience working on Finance/FP&A;, T&E;, financial reporting, budgeting, or accounting-related use cases.Experience with SAP or Oracle integrations.Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and enterprise integrations.Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Azure AI services.Knowledge of Copilot Studio governance and deployment across enterprise environments.Experience working in Agile/enterprise development environments.Key RequirementHands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio is mandatory.Candidates should have demonstrable experience in building AI Agents and creating/orchestrating workflows in Copilot Studio. General Power Platform experience alone will not be sufficient.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who can independently take a business requirement from understanding the process → designing an AI Agent → building workflows → integrating enterprise systems → testing → deploying → optimizing the solution using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
